YEEEEEEEEEEES

I got a B in Organization Theory (the course I had first failed), and I didn't even spend my whole effort to write that home exam!!!!!!! The topic for the essay was "Globalization and Organizing". I also passed my Marketing exam, and was one point from B   :(

Productive Day

Today I had a job interview with Swedish Trade of Commerce, and I think it went very well, it would be a mistake for them if they did not hire me because I'm sure I would help them to skyrocketing their margins (after all, I am one of the few best sellers at my current workplace).
After the interview I came home and wrote a bit on my school essay (it's about how to make H&M's stocks to be more worthy than Intidex's), and then I spent 3 hours at the gym (funk, bodycombat and bodypump), and my bodycombat teacher even went up to me after class because she recognizes me for almost every classes, I feel so special :P
and then now I just finished having icecream. And in exactly one week I'm going to Shanghai ^_^

What's in my makeup bag?

What makes me annoyed is to wait for my girlfriends when they are putting on their makeup, because they are spending way too much time on it!!! I put makeup on me everyday but in maximum 2 minutes. The reason is that I only use black eye-shadow, black eyeliner and some blush. That Lancôme Adaptive foundation I haven't used in over 9 months, it might be time to throw it away ?

- Clinique rich eye cream I use in the morning, it loosens up the skin so it won't feel tight and puffy, and your eyes look more energetic. The best money I've ever spent!!!
- Mac black eyeshadow, it's ok I guess? As long as it's black.
- Lancôme black eyeliner, it's good, I also use another one from Clinique and it's quite good as well.
- Nars blush in colour Mata Hari, it's quite good, although Nars has been overhyped and I
 think it's slightly overrated.
- Yves Saint Laurent beige shimmering lipgloss, I like the package and the colour, you click on the end of the pen, and the gloss appears from the brush.
- Dior Kiss lipgloss, this one I only use for parties because of the colour, it's good. To be honest I'm not very satisfied with Christian Dior's makeup.
- Make up Store concealer, as I never use foundation I do need concealer to cover up my red spots, this one is good, quite thick and does cover up your blemishes, but Mac has one that is better.

Business Literature

I don't even want to think how much money I have spent on books for my courses, the university literature here in Sweden are extremely expensive, for an example I paid over 50 € for this Corporate Finance book that I didn't even read. Stupid me.

Porter - Competitive Strategy
Actually a good course literature which gives you concrete tips on how you can stand out among your competitors.
Hatch - Organization Theory
Use your common sense instead of reading this one.
Berk, DeMarzo - Corporate Finance
I never read this book and I got B on my exam. But i have gived it an overview, a lot of practice counting examples and some theories. Boring book though.
Drury - Management and Cost accounting
Do you seriously think I read this book? Pfftt, it weighs like 8 kg's.

These four books are just a small part of those books we need for our studies. Those four books are on my desk because I need to integrate those while solving a business case.

Livin la vida loca

Who needs Stureplan (Stockholm's equivalent to The Bund) when you can enjoy nice corridor parties for free at Lappis?

Some thing that has been bothering me a lot is my muscle pain in my right leg, I know it is because I work out too much, but I don't want to take a break from working out, it is addictive and I feel such a rush from it. I absolutely love working out, especially bodycombat.

Next weekend will be so so so awesome!!! I really can't wait! And I will drink next weekend so I better go to the gym a lot this coming week! Check out this website http://www.facestat.com/, you upload a picture of you and then you can let people guess your age, etnicity, personality, etc. Some guesses I got from my pic was that I was virgin (hihi!), unmarryable (thanks dude), sporty (lol, i hate sports except the gym), and that I looked like I was over 22 years old (!!!!!!!!!), one thought I was repulsive and apparently I look like I'm single and the majority of people believes I'm bright. Check out the website, it's definitely a lot of fun.

Please donate!

Before my spin class at the gym I just want to plead to people to donate for the eartquake in China. Also if you're in Shanghai you can donate your blood for the people who have been hurt severely. This picture taken by WoAiZhongGuo's blog really warmed my heart seeing there's a line to that bus where you can donate your blood. I am not in China so I will instead donate money to it, it doesn't matter if you donate 50kr or 1000kr, the important thing is that you're actually thinking about the victims.
I'm going to donate money on Red Cross' website, it's easy and you'll feel great afterwards. It just means a top or a pair of new jeans less for me and you know what, I don't really care.

Shopgirls loves to eat

That's a rather embarassing statement especially when the person (me) who says that is a bit chubby. But anyway, today I received some new pictures from my Italian friend and he had apparently a fascination of me and food, because a lot of those pics included me eating something. I also want to add that I think people who never eat chocolate or icecream or whatever are sad people, come on, food is a very important pleasure of life and you should enjoy it. But you should also go to the gym!!!!!!!!! Today I did cardio for 50 minutes, some situps and pushups, one hour class of streetdance, tomorrow I will go to step and bodycombat!
Enjoy! Here it's a video of me and Catharina learning the Iranian PhD student how to dance in our bodyjam class. Music: Sebastian Leger - Aqualight    (I wear my pyjamas in this video)

Singaporeans are hot

Speaking of women, they must be the hottest nation among Asia, I'm talking serious.
Today I went to Streetdance class and I saw my old Singaporean friend that I haven't seen for a long time and she really knows how to shake her ass, whilst the teacher had to run and show the Chinese girl personally how to do it.

I got an internship

Totally unexpected! I was planning to stroll around Shanghai this summer and taking a long and nice vacation but I still felt a tiny bit of shame, to waste my time like that when I know other people are actually working part of this summer.
Anyhow, I received good news today, I will be working for a huge Scandinavian company as an intern that is among the Fortune Global list of companies. The office is situated in Tian An Center on Nanjing West Road (just by People's Square) it seems to be a nice skyscraper :) I love the feeling to work in a futuristic skyscraper as there are none in Stockholm. Looking forward to work for them and learn more about their management process.

Today's outfit

I don't really deserve the title Shopgirl as I really don't shop much compared to some of my friends, and I really shouldn't write about fashion either as I'm not very fashionable either compared to some of my friends. I just wear whatever I like, I don't follow a style (chic, boho or whatever style it can be).
Anyhow I wore this today:
Neon green tanktop from Gina Tricot (Stockholm)
Cardigan from United Colours of Benetton (Milano)
Belt from Qipu Road (Shanghai)
Shiny black tights from Cheap Monday (Stockholm)
Socks (My stepdad's)
Today I went to RPM (indoor cycling - holy shit that was tiring!!!), Bodyjam and BtCore, after 3 hours at the gym I was starving, and it ended up with me having a rather healthy dinner consisting of salad and codfish, but after that I had LOTS of butter popcorn >_<  I just never learn.

I got that dress!!!!!!!

Remember this dress I have been talking about constantly? (actually it's not a dress, more like a top or tunic, so I have to wear tights under)
Well, I GOT IT!!!!!!! Of course they are all sold out now again...   ^_^

Do I look like ten in it? :P

Black Box - Everybody
Fragma - Toca's Miracle
Fragma - Time to Time

Preparing for Shanghai 08

Today's thought: Don't you just love how brutally honest Chinese people can be? I honestly do appreciate honest comments like that from my friends. In one week I have heard this about myself: your face is really chubby, if you lose 5 kg's more you will be perfect, if you lose 10kg's you will be perfect, you look chubby because your legs are fat, there are definitely not many Shanghainese girls that are bigger than you, etc.
^_^  I am still eating chocolate
In 4 weeks I will be in my lovely Shanghai!!! I can't wait to see my old friends and hopefully meet some new friends :)
What I need to do before going to Shanghai is: Pass my Marketing II Exam this friday, lose two more  kg's, pass a Business Science class in June.
I did not pass my home exam in Organizing Theory which is rather embarassing as I had spent 15 hours on that stupid exam, I could have done other things!!! Anyway, the re-test is 15th May and I'm not going to be able to do it as my friend is visiting me from 14 -16th May, we are going to party, shop, eat icecream and watch a concert instead. I'm such a good and ambitious student.

My friend is so cute

She's originally from Qing Tian, which means she's rich as a troll.
here are some pics taken after the Chinese demonstration for an unindependent Tibet. I missed the demonstration, but got the chance to see a bit of the crew.
I have another Chinese friend from my business class, and she will be in Shanghai in July, and we are going to get spoiled at SPA's and eat good Chinese and Japanese food! Can't wait!!!

My cousin's wedding

At Sheraton, I wish that I could have the chance to attend, but no :(  The Chinese wedding seems to be more glamorous than the Swedish one, they get to change outfit several times during the wedding!!! Tjoho!!!

30th April

In Sweden there are three extremely important days to celebrate with lots of alcohol, New Years' Eve, April 30th and Midsummer evening.
Let's see how we celebrated?
I spilled a halv litre cocktail made by myself on the floor of McDonalds, I had a Chicken Gourmet menu with french fries at the place as well, I had also eaten world's biggest and most unhealthy pasta salad for lunch, and lots of cookies. I feel shit. I didn't pass my Organization Theory exam. Time to celebrate!!!
