Im going to celebrate Valborg in Uppsala tomorrow morning until midnight, will be hungover on Thursday. Thank god I have no work until on Sunday. I just found out I did not pass my last exam (SHIT!!! I think it's something wrong when I sent the exam, it was a home-exam), anyway, I haven't studied AT ALL to this marketing exam I'm having very soon, then I have another at least 2 pages work paper I need to write. Then I don't want to miss out on all the fun, an Italian friend is visiting us soon and we will party all weekend! BUT...I have soo much things to do!!! gaaaaah, I'm going to live on Student Palace next week. I promise I promise!!! :'(

Shopgirl's Diary

Remember the H&M dresses I was talking about last month? Well it has released now, the other two are all sold out, so now I hope I can at least find the yellow flowery dress in Shanghai's H&M. Anyhow, I tried oneof those hyped dresses out, but it didn't look good on me, way too big, the good sizes had been all sold out, while the smallest size was 40!!! 

I bought a black Tshirt dress, and I'm considering to buy this blue spring-jacket, what do you think? Oh, and today I went to Louis Vuitton to check out their bags again, and I have decided, I think I'm going to buy the weekendbag and use it as a handbag...what do you guys think? I don't like the Speedy bag.

I don't think I have been this happy for such a long time. Everything is going my way!!!

China changed their visa rules so it fitted my plans, the Stockholm weather is AWESOME - this city is actually beautiiiiful during this time of the year, there are great cheap parties every weekend and even weekdays, I am still enjoying going to the gym (although I have got some weird thing in my muscles), I have bought so many new nice things, etc. etc.

I love life!!! I bought this neon green tee today, because I just feel green....of happiness.

Just a bit over a month I will be in Shanghai!!! Time passes sooooo quickly! But seriously I'm doubting if I will be even having as much fun there as I'm having in Stockholm at the moment.

Tomorrow I'm going to downtown again to shop, eat icecream and maybe see the Chinese demonstration about the Tibet question. I have a country to support!!! (end of discussion...)

Yes I will be able to go to China

You may have heard it's harder to get a Chinese visa during this summer til early fall because of the Olympics. Before I was only able to gain a 30 days visa, now I can have a 3 months visa :D with double entry, hello Hongkong AND Mainland China. I'm getting happy again, before this was a huge issue making me depressed so I have been relying on chocolate and icecream, but now I fell that I'm back on track! Today I went to step class, power yoga class (which I fell asleep at the end, haha, my friend had to wake me up), aerobics and last funk class. So from 3 pm til 7pm I was at the gym draining in sweat!!! Please beat that!

I also went to the police station today to get a new passport, my old one is really broke. Anyhow the photo of me in my new passport is AWFUL, I am indeed a fat face. The weird thing is that when my macbook takes pictures of me, my face doesn't look very fat (see this pic posted), but the passport photo of me is really bad, I look like 20 pounds heavier than this photo of me I took from my macbook. Who should I trust?

Sino relations

I find it a bit funny that I see more Asian boys with Western girls relations than the opposite here in Sweden. And in China I don't even need to mention what's going on there. Just this last week I saw a gorgeous Swedish girl holding hands with a let's say rather unattractive Asian boy. I feel happy when I see those relationships :) I'm just glad that not every girls are so shallow.

Today waiting for the bus I saw this Swedish guy speaking Chinese with this Chinese woman, it seemed that they knew eachother pretty well, and they were only speaking Chinese, and I'm just so amazed, this young Swedish guy could speak fluent Chinese (of course with an accent), but still!!! His Chinese was sooo good. The same thing happened in the metro about two weeks ago, I heard this Swedish guy talking Chinese on his cellphone. I'm just amazed. I'm just so glad that I'm currently living in a world where everything is changing at the moment from the traditional. Today I bought two pairs of new sunglasses from H&M, that's not a change though.

I'm addicted to icecream

This is not good!!! I'm trying to lose weight but suddenly I feel this HUGE cravings for icecream, probably because of the nice weather Sweden is getting after a long and painful "this is not real cold winter, nor is it spring feeling".

And NO, I can't replace icecream with yoghurt (except if it's yoghurt icecream), NO I can definitely NOT replace icecream with fruits!!!

If I was in the US, I would be in heaven concerning their icecream selection

Mmmmm.... baskin & robbins, eddy's, cold stone, ben and jerry's in EVERY flavour, Reeses peanut butter icecream, Häagen Dazs in every flavour, etc. etc. Mmmmmm

and the best of all? It's friggin cheap with icecream in the US!!!!

Shopping at H&M

Amazing, I bought this dress, I have been looking at it for such a long time but for some reason I just let it hang in the stores. I bought it, size 36, but now I'm even considering if I should switch to a size 34, because I thought it was a bit too big by the waist ^_^

The Marimekko collection for H&M is now available in all H&M stores! But all the good stuff are already gone, maybe it's not a big craze in Shanghai, so I might get some things there, the same with those dresses, they will be available from week 17 here in Sweden, but I know they will disappear on the same day they releases. I will try to get one though. Or I'll get one in Shanghai.

I haven't been able to post on this blog for a few days because suddenly the whole blog just disappeared, but now it seems fine again ^_^

My weekend was fun, except that I'm left with PAIN in my body after going to the bodypump class on Saturday, I still can hardly walk and it's Monday!!!

I also met up with a friend that I met in Sh last summer, unfortunately he's not going to be in Shanghai this summer :(

Can't wait, need to write my essay tomorrow so I can receive a final grade on my course in Organization Theory until Friday 4 pm, so I have 24 hours to write a 5 pages essay. I will sit there comfortably in my bed and write write write. I will prepare tea and bread and cakes, mwahahaha. Thursday and Friday I'm off the diet I guess... (so was I today, lol)

On Friday night I can celebrate my finishing essay with a birthday party, the theme is erotic party (it's a Spanish gay guy hosting the party, so what can you expect?)

Are you ready for the summer?

Just because I'm trying to lose weight this is not going to be some fitness-blog, but I still want to bring attention to this losing weight - topic. Do people who read this blog want to lose weight? We could motivate each other :-)

Anyhow, today I went to the aerobics class for one hour, and directly after that I went to the funk class (the instructor will end her job, the funk class was so much fun because you learn how to shake your ass mwahahaha). After the funk class I went and did some situps, then I went for a spinning class (25 minutes). There's no way I would handle an original 60 minutes spinning-class. After those 25 minutes I was dripping in sweat, but I felt sooooo good afterwards. I will go to that spin class every thursday from now on. 25 minutes of spinning is perfect for me. Corridor Dinner

I'm SO full, feels like I have eaten two whole days' food. All the people were so ambitious in their food-making, people made Janssons temptations (Swedish potato-fish dish), Chinese noodles (my work), herring, paella, codfish with rice, mediterranian salad, salmon, antipasto, etc.

O-M-G!!! Thank god I went to the gym earlier, but still. I just took a look in the mirror and I look pregnant in my last month. GYM, tomorrow!!!

Shanghai here Shanghai there

It was unbelievable today. I went to the gym today and I met a guy from our Senior Buddy Programme, he told me he is going to Shanghai on Thursday for 2 weeks. Then later on the bus I hear a Swedish-asian guy tell his friend that he's going to Shanghai after this summer to study there. Then on my way on the bus from work I talk to this guy that is living downstairs (my neighbour), he was just on his way home from Shanghai having the biggest luggage I have seen together with him.

And in 2 months I will be ready for Shanghai! I have to take contact with some of my "friends" over there, not sure if they will remember me, lol. I have been away from this rapid city for about 10 months!!! And during 10 months it changes a lot. Sighs. I guess it's better for me to not have too big expectations that I will enjoy this summer as much as the last one. The last summer in Shanghai was just incredible, I met so many cool and fun people. Shanghai is great, but without the nice and fun people there it's nothing.

I'm an outgoing girl, I should be making friends!! ^_^  *positive thoughts* otherwise I will be that girl sitting in the corner of Bar Rouge drinking my white russian, please do not hesitate to talk with me!! hehe

TOPSHOP will reach SH in 2008

YEEEEEES!!! You guys who have read my blog for a while know how much I love TOPSHOP!!! Even with no official announcement, but it's apparent that they are opening a TOPSHOP store in Superbrand Mall in Lujiazui some time soon this year.

According to the property management at Superbrand Mall their new client is TOPSHOP! Hah! Busted! They are also going to expand in the rest of China including Hong Kong. 

Hopefully with all these high street fashion brands opening up in China, the people will also dress better ;) TOPSHOP's shoes are to die for! But skip Kate Moss' collection for this chain, it's extremely overrated. I went there today and looked at the clothes, not impressive at all.
