what camera are you using? if its on a digital compact then you are not really using any skill. You need to start using a SLR.
if you have the money then id advise a DSLR but if low on money a old film SLR will do. YOu can get them 2nd hand at very reasonable prices but then you have to pay to get them developed. also you wont be able to see the image till it is developed.
I'm an overseas Chinese. I moved to Sweden when I was four years old. I'm currently taking a Master of Business and Economics in Stockholm's University. I would love to work in Shanghai in the future, to be a link between the Swedish community and the Chinese one.
My passions in life are music (electro/house), high heels and desserts. Apart from all this I'm just an average girl who enjoys the simplicity of life, and struggles with the scale just like any other girl.

The one on the bottom looks the best. It could be a postcard.

^ i know, i saw them and it hurts my heart
You just have to go at night when it's more photogenic and rest your camera on something like a wall or garbage bin, it'll be fine.
I took a pic that looked identically with the first one on the top
