I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT

I don't dare to stand on the scale, because I just know I have gained weight, and not just a little...
I was about 56kg when I came to SH, then I lost probably 2 kg after benig in Shanghai 2 weeks...and now I'm probably 58,59 (I'm just assuming), but I see it in the mirror that my arms are wider, also my belly AND legs. I don't know if it's my imagination? Because when I'm at the gym working out I look in the mirror and think I actually look a bit fit in my gym clothes. Maybe the gym mirror lies? (probably) BUT how on earth can my body go from rather fit to SLOPPY in just 3 weeks???
Anyway, I haven't been to the gym in 8 days!!!!!!!! Going tonight! Bodycombat, spinning class + weights.
I don't even like dressing up anymore :(

But then again, It's not often I'm in Shanghai, I want to eat the street food and all the cool dishes, etc. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

It seems like you are often eating (or drinking) smoothies, these should be the first thing to cease. Normal Chinese food is fine, just keep off the Western food and drink lots of green tea.

When I go to China I eat like a pig and drink lots of Chinese Beer but I always lose a few kilos. Part of the reason is that I also walk a lot - try walking instead of the train or gym.

I'm proportionate, my legs are very thick compared to my upper body.

You look fine to me. Your body structure is a bit thick, but that does not mean you are fat. I also suggest walking as much as you can. I walk about 2 hours everyday and that really keeps me in shape. And of course if you can reduce the intake of smoothies and stuff like that, it would be better. I know, it is hard to give up, but have a try!
