My aunt is crazy
She just said I look like a 30 year plus old woman who have had 2-3 kids but in fact I'm just 20. CRAZY. She hates the way I dress, and keep saying that I should dress like her daughter, my cousin. And wear backpacks. She says people who wear handbags are people who have had kids.ROFL LMAO. This woman is crazy, thank god I'm moving tomorrow to another place for 1-2 week, then it's back to this place eugh.....
I'm generalizing now, but it seems that most Chinese people have no sense of sympathy or understanding for other cultures, they might be interested in it but they don't understand or ACCEPT other people's values. Like me, I can understand why Chinese people do certain things which I find very unusual, but I think..well, they have been living in a country where it's normal to do so for their whole life, of course this is normal to them. But, my aunt just can't understand that I have lived in Sweden all my life and don't want to dress like some 7 years old schoolgirl anymore. She doesn't understand that clothes represent a personality, she just thinks it's clothes.... And I understand that she thinks I'm like that, but what I cannot accept is that she is making around 30 comments a day about me on that certain issue.
GAAAAAAAAH, I'm getting crazy. She seriusly gets on my nerves, I need to vent!!!

I do think that dress however doesn't flatter you as much as it should. Althogh it does not anywhere make you look 30 with 3 kids.
So, are you fom Dailin or Shanghai? , refering a few posts down .
Chill. It happens all the time because people have opinions and strong ones at times.

Obviously you can't get into fights with someone who is putting you up in their home. But, you also can't let family members get away with this kind of thing.
Just ask her in a polite but firm manner to stop talking about that point. If she does it again, just gently remind her that you've asked her to stop. Explain that it upsets you. Maintain a sympathetic but firm tone all the time and make good eye contact.

In all honestly in the photo you have posted you are dressed like an old women. The handbag is not exactly youthful either.
I agree with your Aunt, but she should not be so blunt in case she hurts your feelings. Her lack of empathy is quite Chinese. Lose the stockings, shorten the dress, cut out the icecream & milkshakes. And a backpack is definately more youthfull. Don't be in such a hurry to grow up.
From your pictures, you do look a bit older than your real age, maybe due to your body shape and mature style. I agree with the above comment: go backpacking around China. You will feel much younger and reinvigorated.
