Man-sluts
A Man-slut according to Urban Dictionary is
a heterosexual male who has a girlfriend/fiance, dates 1 or more other women in addition to his significant other, and engages in sexual encounters both in person and online with still other women. furthermore, the man slut usually does not take proper "safe sex" precautions and will blame the females with which he engages for any std's or pregnancies which occur.
Or
just simply a FU****G promiscuous guy.
I think we should use this word Man slut more often as it's much more common that we encounter those man sluts rather than regular sluts.

"slut" has alway been a non-gender specific word. I have heard it used more in reference to men than to women.
You definition seems to focus on those males with a significant other. I would think that it would apply even to men who do not have a partner and just have multiple revolving women. This seems to be a more fair definition as a woman who sleeps around is considered a slut. I don't see why a man who sleeps around shouldn't be offered the same tag.
The major difference however is that a guy would probably not think that being referred to as a slut is an insult.
Man-sluts run rampant here in the U.S. I hate this double standard we have here. A man has 10 women and he's a stud. If a girl has 10 guys she is a total slut. Who came up with these crazy ideas?
I sense bitterness! Lets be honest, this term can apply to both men and women and despite what one gender will say about the other, there's just as many girl sluts as man sluts in my opinion. If you don't like it, then maybe you should change your the crowd you run with and skip out on more parties and clubs!!!
I think guys feel a bit of a yuk factor in a girl who has too many guys - who would want to go down on that?
