Are you ready for the summer?


Just because I'm trying to lose weight this is not going to be some fitness-blog, but I still want to bring attention to this losing weight - topic. Do people who read this blog want to lose weight? We could motivate each other :-)
Anyhow, today I went to the aerobics class for one hour, and directly after that I went to the funk class (the instructor will end her job, the funk class was so much fun because you learn how to shake your ass mwahahaha). After the funk class I went and did some situps, then I went for a spinning class (25 minutes). There's no way I would handle an original 60 minutes spinning-class. After those 25 minutes I was dripping in sweat, but I felt sooooo good afterwards. I will go to that spin class every thursday from now on. 25 minutes of spinning is perfect for me. Yea, my family had a gym membership for 6 years and I rarely ever went so they gave up. The thought of other people using the machines before me and all the sweat grossed me out. And I got bored easily even with magazines and music (people there were no fun).
