A proof of how small the world is
1. A Swedish guy I know in Shanghai, I was browsing through his friends on facebook and see that he knows a guy from my middleschool class in my tiny town in Sweden.
2. A girl in my Chinese class this semester lived for 2 years just opposite my apartment in Shanghai, both times I was in Shanghai (2006 and this summer) she lived there. We both left SH for about 2-3 weeks ago.
3. Met so many people from Stockholm in Shanghai
4. On my flight back to London from Shanghai, the French guy (works for Cafe NEO) who is really good friends with my French friends was on the same plane as me.
5. A guy in my Senior Buddy Group in Stockholm's University has partied with my Swedish friend in Shanghai. He recognized him in my facebook party albums.
I can come up with so many more other stories of these kinds. Come up with yours!

I met once a Norwegian girl in a Bar in Reykjavik (Capital of Iceland), we were both drunk and talked all the night. Then no news, we didn't exchange phone number or email anyway...
But I met her again by luck 3 years later at 5:00 AM outside a club in Shanghai.
Yes I agree, this world is really so small!
I met a guy from Amherst College on Smith Campus who learned Mandarin at Tsinghua University last year and planed to work in Luwan District, which is where I live in Shanghai.
I'm so bored.
