Although, I'm not a fan of the complete look any of those girls are sporting. There are definitely parts of it that work.

The first girl pairs a dark colored sweater (halter?) vest with a more vibrant red plaid print. The look reminds me of Phillip Lim's collection RTW FW07 collection. I would have opted for a different shoe something classier, but the white sneaker kind of makes a nice clash with the rest of the outfit. Her headphones make for a cool accessory, haha.

I like girl two's top alot. Very delicate and flowy. The wash of the jeans do make them appear "cheap" when put with the top because of excessive whiskering and fading, but whatever you win some you lose some. The shoes look cute and the dark nail polish gives her an edge-y vibe. The bag, however, is debatable...

Leopard halter tops can give off a trashy vibe, but I don't think she looks trashy at all. She has a small figure and nothing is hanging out and she doesn't look provocative. The skirt and shoes make the outfit a little too busy, but her accessorizing is minimal so it looks alright.

Last girl is cute! Her pixie-ish short hair and that skirt are adorable. I don't like the top or shoes in this particular outfit, but they both could work. Her bug-eye sunglasses are neat...

This was long, and I apologize for that, but it really irks me when people bash other people's outfits. We are all prone to mistakes, and we are only human, and we all have the freedom to express ourselves. You have expressed your opinion and now I have expressed mine.

Hi Linda

I appreciate your long comment! Very good comment!!!

I checked Philip Lim's collection, I didn't see ANYTHING that reminded of the first girl's outfit.
You are right, the third girl with leopard tanktop is ok.

The thing with these girls is that they don't know how to mix the clothes! They all have some cool things on them (that is why they got shooted right?) but they just don't match it right.

mainly just the idea of his collection pairing wool-y, thick knits with light air-y things and that pattern she wore, reminded me of his collection

I agree with you about the matching, they all seem a bit mismatched. I dont know, that seems to be a general trend in all the streetstyle pics I see of girls in China, especially wearing tennis shoes with a skirt/dress that doesn't really look right with them. What site are those pictures from?
