Blog War
Humanaught's blog sucks ass. I have tried to read it, but after the first paragraph I'm thinking of cleaning my room instead of letting our ayi to do that, there are not even pics of any goodlooking men in it (duuuuuuh)
He's rude as well, writing nasty stuff about me when I haven't even done him anything. I guess some people are born jealous or full with grief. *sighs*
As Chinalyst have this blog competition he was claiming that I was doing everything for getting votes (ROFL, like I am sitting inside all day and clicking on the plus symbol, dude, I have other things to do). He claimed this when I got more votes than him.
Basically I just think he's a sad guy taking things too seriously. Good luck, you have more votes than me now so congratulations, but I still think your blog sucks, but it's quite effective as I want to clean my room now. Ciao!

I’m currently being beat (in no small amount) by Shopgirl, so please:
Go vote for me
Don’t let me live in that shame.

Yes, you have much better things to do than sitting in front of the computer and fishing for votes. Like, er, shopping and getting drunk in clubs.
And also...
Um...
Did I mention shopping? ;)
hey as long as you are cute...
Kidding. I like your blog. The other dude's blog is hard to read I agree. I don't have all day to shift through the boring crap on his page.
One vote from me.
I am new to your blog, and read Humanaught's blog for longer. Sincerely, I like both, each having its own style.
Both of you should stop asking for votes. Why anyone would care so much about a online survey where multiple votes are allowed ?
But please, don't change, I like your style of blogging. Reminds me of when I used to club in Shanghai... 2 weeks ago. ;-)
Oh no, I guess most of the words in the first paragraph where too long for you.
Wow, Siyan, I didn't think you were such a immature and humourless person?
Like, er, shopping and getting drunk in clubs.

AS OPPOSED to
moaning
saving money on consumer goods
writing about reading other peoples blogs
Hey Shopgirl,
Don't lower yourself by getting in a mudfight with Humanaught or anybody else. Just do what you do with dignity and enjoy yourself without worrying about what narrow-minded people think. You aren't trying to solve world hunger or bring about world peace. You blog because you enjoy it and you open a window for others to see things they might not get to experience. Hang in there and have fun.
I know that, but if you read his comment section on that topic you would understand. People seem to be judging me too fast because I write about shallow things on my blog.
Usually I don't care about what other thinks, but when I saw what a lot of people were talking about, that I'm everything what the modern woman shouldnt be, I felt really insulted.
Shopgirl,
Nobody can insult you unless you choose to let them. I realize you are still very young--no value judgment, just an observation--and you are trying to find your place in the world, but don't let nasty people influence your opinion of yourself.
They are obviously not pleased with themselves or they wouldn't feel the need to pick on you. This is my third comment for you today. I have never seen your stuff until I got caught up in the you vs Humanaught skirmish. As I said in an earlier comment, you aren't trying to solve world hunger or bring about world peace.
You shop, you have fun, and you tell people about it. If they don't want to read, nobody's forcing them.
There aren't any good looking men on his blog?? OMG!! you just proved my point AIRHEAD!!
OH poor little you!! to much driking and senseless partying has gone to your pea brain. Good Luck shallow Shop Gril!!
Hey Siyan, I wasn't going to respond to this, but I saw your comment above and wanted to make something clear - attacking your blog and attacking you are two completely different things in my mind.
I would like to hope that you have a level of depth and desires that a blog about shopping and partying doesn't capture. But, I don't know you, and obviously can't make any judgments about you as a person other than what you present here.
My comment saying you're "everything modern women shouldn't be" speaks to the fact that you write a stereotype and it's not one most women would/should feel proud of. You portray yourself as someone who thinks of nothing but the latest deal, who's wearing what, or what bar (blog?) has cute guys.
If I were to write a blog as an overly machismo male that did nothing but talk about hot chicks, action movies and cars all day, I would expect equal criticism.
At the end of the day, this is your blog, and what you write on it need not be influenced by myself nor anyone else. However, it is a blog, and open to public criticism by its very nature, so you may consider developing a thicker skin.
And on a final note, you'd not have near as much criticism in the English-language China blogsphere if you hadn't gone around spamming everyone's comments advertising your site. It's why I have never had a good opinion of you/your blog.
PS: Why is it that nobody who comments here uses the "Other" option? A list full of "anonymous" comments is lame people. It doesn't have to be your real name, but c'mon...
Dear Humanaught,
Have you ever thought that this blog would just be another boring and 100000000 of a kind blog if I were to write about my thoughts on different issues?
I'm looking for being a bit extreme even if I risk this, being criticized by tons of people.
I'm not as literate as Ben Ross so I don't have the ability to write what he writes. Also, English is not my native language so I'm focusing on being very "light" in my blog, having been a high school student in the US must have also helped why I use this kind of language on my blog (check Mean Girls - the movie).
Agree with you, spamming other websites is bad, but I have to admit that it worked...
Ciao for now!
