SHANGHAI here I come
<---- I am thiiiiiiiis happy :D
It feels somewhat awkward going back to Shanghai this time, it doesn't feel real for somehow. I don't know why. Maybe because I'm so busy at the moment? I have only been away from Shanghai less than six months and this time I will be more independent because my cousin will always be away from his apartment.
Again, this summer will just include the usual; new friends to make, new people to meet, new challenges to face...(maybe I get bored of it after a week or so?)
Although I really look forward to going back to SH.
Let's just pray I arrive safely and that I have a nice seat partner (please please please don't let me have one that sweats or have bad breath)
Once I am in SH, I will update this blog more often and write about what I have done (a diary almost so my friends in Sweden can read about my stay) also I will explore this city even more and tell you cool places/parties I've been to ;)
So stay tuned!!!

ouch! stop posting that nasty pics of yourself. ur to ugly :\
you probably hate answering questions like the one i'm about ask, but
for someone who's going to shanghai for the first time and doesn't speak the language
whats shanghai like?
^ I'd say that it's always good to bring some kind of phrase book(small one, pocket version).
The locals might not understand English, so look out for those younger people if you need to ask them something, it's a bigger chance that they can speak english.
Otherwise it's really easy, all the signs are in english, metro, bus are all in english so well as chinese.
By the way, who wants to read about shanghai or smt in ur blog anyway shopgirl?!?! singapore ROCKS!!!!! and who cares about your stupid blog?? And i think that she was just making fun of him because she KNOWS that hitler was bad and evil and a racist and stel is NOT a racist!!! i really hate your picture and u look really ugly and creepy. And china is still like, really terrorist prone and is not really good in politics here is smt in cantonese: ni de si fut hou dai!=P
i hope u understand.
Clearly some people need to get a life
Blogg3r is an idiot. Probably his/her mother just got raped.
Whats this about Hitler? I also noticed this irrelevant comment in another post.
I commented on someones blog because she wrote about hitler and made fun of something, can't really remember what. But some people are obviously so sensitive that they can't even accept some criticm. I feel sad for those people.
Ni de si fut hou dai - that's not Cantonese! You in Cantonese is "lei" not "ni"! Si fut is correct though ...
Shopgirl, see you in Bonbon soon.
i stumbled upon your blog and i really like it! i'm actually visiting shanghai in a month. is the metro system really that easy to get around on? are the signs in english? also, what do you recommend as the must go-to places for clothes shopping?
life is a big party? how original..
please stay in Sweden.
visitor:
Go to Shaanxi Road, Xinle Road close to Huai hai Road, those are the best places for clothing shopping.
Yes, the metro in Shanghai is sooooooo much better and modern than the one here in Stockholm and London. But it isn't as big.
Make us laugh: tell us the cost of a single-ride ticket on Stockholm metro.
I am laughing in advance.
It's 4 pounds in London which is 60 RMB!
good luck with your exams and fly safe =)
