There are so many people who are searching for the word massage girls in shanghai and then get referred to my blog, so it is probably a very interesting thing about Shanghai. What would Shanghai be without all of its massage parlours?
I love to enjoy massage, especially those super cheap ones at hair salons for 10 kuai. AMAZING!
For those who are looking for something else than just a massage, check out Shanghai Daily for massage ads....even in one ad they wrote WITH HAPPY ENDINGS. (That is just really wrong!!! How can such a professional broadsheet accept that ad to be on?)
My friend once went to a massage parlour (with pink lights) and wanted a foot massage, but they refused to give her one even if she offered above the average price for getting one. So it seems that those massage parlours are earning enough money...

Not really "earning enough money", but your friend is obviously not the target they are aiming. LOL.
Firstly a correction, SH Daily is a tabloid not broadsheet format. Broadsheets are twice as big and folded horizontally across the page. They are very rare now. Even The Times in London switched to tabloid format a few years ago.
As for the pink salons, it's pretty obvious a foot massage would cost around 30 rmb for an hour while services they offer cost much more and take much less time, so it's not surprising they refused. On top of that, I doubt any of them would know how to do a foot massage, or cut hair, duh!!
A think someone's trying a little SEO here ;-)
