looooooooooooooose weight

We all want to look fit for SH summer 07.
Now here are my great tips:

I've managed to lose about 4kg in one month even if I'm still eating chocolate, drinking alcohol, eating ben and jerry's icecream, bread, lots of butter, 300 g cashewnuts, whatever, you name it.

Also, I haven't been going to the gym very often, once a week or even less.
So how did I lose the weight? Eat less, put the food on a small plate!!! If you eat 300g cashewnuts on a Monday, skip dinner (you're not even hungry after having that much). On Tuesday you'll probably feel a bit bad that you had so much cashews the day before, so eat less on the whole Tuesday, drink lots of water so you'll get full easier. Also, don't go to bed when you're full (VERY IMPORTANT), if you go to bed rather hungry (not starving of course) you'll have a flat belly in the morning.

Look, I'm still chubby but I feel damn good in my new ZARA dress.

^ Thank you vivi, I assume you're talking about Chicago! AMAZING. I love it. I LOVE THE nordstrom outlet across of old marshall fields, next to the thather on state street. LOVE IT. bought my favourite black jeans (ralph lauren) there for only 30 dollars, but now they have a big hole :(

agreeing with anonymous - this is perhaps the worst dieting advice one could ever give/follow. please try to do a bit of research into how the human body (assuming this covers you) works before suggesting this...

So what is your weight/height/BMI anyway? A lot of chinese girls these days care far too much about looking thin rather than eating healthily. Of course this could be said of girls across the globe but oriental girls often drop below 50 or even 45kg. Dangerously thin in my opinion!!

While I agree with the smaller portion sizes, skipping meals entirely really is a very bad idea. I doubt that losing 4kg in a month this way can be sustainable over a decent period of time, you'll probably put the weight back on as soon as you adopt regular meal times into your diet.
