Why do I always get sick

Whenever I go back to SH I get really sick; running nose, cough, can't taste, etc.
What is irritating is that it lasts for over a month!!!

Any tips to prevent it? I've tried eating healthy and eat lots of vitamins, but still I always manage to get sick even during the hot summers.

Some news: I got my old internship back :D, I'm very happy because the office is very close to that Starbucks on Nanjing Xi Road (my fav street in SH), so that is the place I will hang out often, hehe...

It's the pollution. Vitamins can't stop it, and that's a good thing. Your body is simply trying to get that foul garbage out of its' lungs.

Also, the sheer number of airborne infectious organisms, coupled with the appallingly low level of hygeine on display, guarantees colds and the like.

There's not much you can do about it, sorry.

WOW, thanks!
But the weird thing is that other Swedes I know who have gone to SH don't get as sick as me. Some do, but they have it for one or two weeks only.

Get lots of sleep. Sleep depreivation does make it much easier to get sick because the immune system is weaker.

Gonna link you up to my blog babe... Hope you dun mind. Anyways, as for trying to not fall sick in SH, why not wear a mouth and nose mask when you're out? I heard in traffic intensive countries, a lot of people do that. But it might not look too stylish though. Haha...

Drink lots of water. And (this sounds silly but...) wash your hands! Like 10 times a day. And buy the wet napkins that come in little packages, they are great, use them before eating. And then, wash your hands again. And drink more water.

We are all fighting a million bacteria all the time and our immune system does a pretty good job. But washing hands and drinking water helpes that process. Your body is strong, remember that. use that strength.

PS Snygg blogg, lycka till!
