What you can do with an avocado
Lately I have been fanatical about avocados. I remember I didn't like them at all in my younger years, but thank god, people change! Now I am craving avocados almost everyday! Yes, they are high in fat, but it's good fat! Not the kind of fat you get in fast food. Put some mashed avocado on a sandwich and put some amount of salt. YUMMY! Unfortunately avocados are very expensive in China as it is an imported product (around 80rmb/kg). Just walk instead of taking the taxi and you feel better saving some kuais. hehe, you can find it in city shop, or in the basement of jiuguang department store in jing an si. But it's very expensive compared to the west.
