Who cares if it's bad quality? I miss Forever21 and Charlotte Russe soooooo much!!!
I have tons of clothes from there and they still look new after several washes, works fine for me. I think the best way is to blend cheap clothes with expensive ones. Shoes, bag and coat should be expensive while the others are allowed to be cheap.
