Losing Weight Tips
Here are some of mine:
- Chew gum when you feel like eating
- Weight yourself everyday, it gives you strength to continue your diet
- Drink at least 8 oz of water before meals
- Try to stand as much as you can, be busy with different things
- Walk instead of taking the car
- Award yourself when you reach your goal
- Look in fashionmagazines for the perfect body
- If you're really craving sugar, try appleslices dipped in Dannon's Light'n'Fit Vanilla Yoghurt with splenda.
- It's OK to cheat from times to times
- Don't overindulge

Eh... bra att du pushar anorektiker.
Inte så himlans smart eller hälsosamt att gå ner i vikt på det sättet.. Kör på vegetarisk mat och regelbunden träning skulle jag vilja råda dig att och alla andra att göra. Effektivare, hälsosamt och godare, tillfredsställande mat =P
